The Rotation AZ Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a visit, we come back and make it right — no questions, no charge, no runaround. We're building a local business on trust, and that starts with standing behind every single job, no exceptions.
Our Story
Scheduled. Handled. Never think about it again.
The Rotation AZ started with a simple frustration — homeowners have the same outdoor cleaning tasks every season and they keep getting pushed to next weekend. We built a scheduled service that takes the whole list off your plate permanently.
Built for the Valley.
Built for Phoenix. Built to last.
Phoenix has more artificial turf per capita than almost anywhere in the country. Dogs use it daily. The sun bakes it. Dust storms settle into it. And most homeowners have no idea how to actually clean it — or who to call.
We built a service around professional-grade turf cleaning — the same approach the top operators use — and wrapped it in a subscription model that removes the friction entirely. Show up, clean it right, repeat on a schedule.
Then we noticed something on every job: the yards we cleaned always had the same two problems — turf that needed a deep clean and dog waste that never quite went away between visits. Solving both in one visit became the whole model.

How We Operate
How we operate
01
Professional-grade clean, every time
We use Squeaky Clean™ concentrate on every turf clean — a hydrogen peroxide based formula that neutralizes odor at the molecular level. We don't rinse and hope.
02
Deeply local
We're not a franchise or a platform. We're Phoenix valley residents building something here — which means we have real skin in the game on every single job.
03
One stop, two services
Turf cleaning and dog waste removal go hand in hand. We handle both in one visit so your yard stays genuinely clean — not just picked up, not just rinsed. Both, every time.
04
Recurring by design
Everything we offer is built for a schedule. One-time jobs are great, but a home that stays maintained without you managing it is the actual product we're selling.
05
Documentation every time
After every visit you get a photo report — before and after. You should always know what was done in your own yard. No assumptions, no mysteries.
06
We make it right
If a job isn't right, we come back. No fine print, no runaround. This is a local business — our reputation is the only thing that matters.
