These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by The Rotation AZ LLC ("The Rotation AZ," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at therotationaz.com. By booking or receiving our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

The Rotation AZ provides residential outdoor cleaning and maintenance services including artificial turf deep cleaning, pressure washing, dog waste removal, window cleaning, and HVAC filter replacement in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Services are performed by trained team members using professional equipment and products. We reserve the right to decline service at any property we determine to be unsafe or unsuitable.

Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or text message
• We require reasonable access to the service area at the scheduled time
• Please ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are secured before our arrival
• If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety conditions

Recurring Services

Recurring service plans are billed per visit at the agreed rate. There is no long-term contract required. You may cancel recurring services at any time with reasonable notice before the next scheduled visit.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of each service visit unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods
• Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee
• Recurring service subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no penalty

SMS Text Message Terms

• Program name: The Rotation AZ Service Notifications
• Message frequency: 2–4 messages per service visit
• Message and data rates may apply
• To opt out: Reply STOP at any time — you will receive one confirmation and no further messages
• For help: Reply HELP or contact us at (480) 900-7635 or therotationaz@gmail.com
• Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers
• Opting out of SMS does not affect your service in any way

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of any service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Our 30-day odor guarantee applies specifically to turf deep cleaning services.

Limitation of Liability

The Rotation AZ carries general liability insurance. In the event of property damage caused by our team, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues unrelated to our services.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website.

Property Access and Safety

• You are responsible for informing us of any hazards, pets, or special conditions at your property
• All dogs must be secured indoors or in a separate area during service
• We reserve the right to stop work and reschedule if unsafe conditions are present

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
